• Official full name
• Student roll number / ID
• Branch & year of study
• Active phone number
• Google profile photo (optional for digital pass layout)
2. How We Use Your Data
• We process and display your details strictly for **event registration, attendance tracking, and digital pass generation**.
• Your roll number is used to prevent duplicate entries and double-bookings for scoped seat events.
• We **never sell, distribute, or rent your personal information** to external marketers, recruiters, or ad platforms.
3. Subprocessors & Third Parties
We rely on highly secure cloud services to run our application:
• Clerk (clerk.com): Handles identity authentication, secure single sign-on (SSO), and session cookies.
• Supabase (supabase.com): Stores profile parameters, event data, and registrations inside a secure partition located in the **Mumbai region**.
4. Data Retention & Cookies
• Google account photos used to render ticket stubs are loaded directly from Google; we do not cache or store image files on our primary servers.
• Browser session cookies are strictly functional and used solely to maintain your authentication state.
• Your account and profile details can be **deleted on request** by emailing the development team.
